It's a BOY!!!!
Hi. This is your first and Last chance to guess what we are having. I go find out in one hour. I know most of you will not even check this by the time I post the results but just letting you know what is going on. I will be back in a couple of hours with an answer hopefully. Unless the baby is too big to see anything.

Just in case you were wondering . . .

I'm sure you were all wondering why this blog has not gotten a new style? Right. I will tell you anyway. I have transfered my OCD power over to another crazy hobby. Baby announcements. I even made my own website. So, if any of you are interested in baby announcements - let me know! :)

Employed at long last

Just wanted to let you all know that I'm finally employed.

I got a job with Investment Management Consultants based in Salt Lake. They're pretty big players in the investment world, and almost everyone here is really nice and active LDS.

WOO-HOO!

Change of Address

Hey Kati, Sally has a new address. They are living in a new home for 18 months while a couple is on their mission. Her new address is, 1177 Aspen Ridge Lane, Provo, Utah 84604. Could you update it on our addresses? Thanks, mom

Sunday Best

Hello everyone. I just wanted to post this picture because Bryar was so cute for church today. Thank you Tonia for the dress and hair bows. There is not much hair in them but they sure look cute. But unfortunately, looking cute for church and how you act at church are two completely different things. This was not one of her better days. So it is a good thing that she looked cute so I wasn't completely insane by the time we left church.

Wood or Carpet, what do you recommend?

Kim and I would like to querry the family. We are trying to decide between wood and carpet for the majority of the living areas, plus the utility, hallways, and entry. The kitchen is remaining tile for now. We have found a deal that is amazing for wood. It's an engineered wood that would be a floating floor. We have priced out both and the price is just a little more for wood. We have to install the wood ourselves, but its pretty nice stuff and the price is great. To match the deal on carpet we would have to get builder grade carpet. We aren't planning to stay in our house for very long, so is the upgrade worth it. Or should we be happy with the stuff we have or should we just go carpet. Comments please! http://www.lumberliquidators.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=5174& Here is the stuff, check it out. The major brand is "Pergo"

Well I don't really have much to say. We are home safe and sound and Joe is back to work. We had a lot of fun in Utah seeing everyone and want to thank people for coming down or staying an extra day for us. Hope you are all doing well.

New Posts on My Blog!

Hey everyone, I've been doing some nutrition research lately and stumbled on some interesting quotes about food - meat especially. If you want to read them I put them on my blog.

Anyway, it's something new to think about. Well not really new, but kinda.

Oh and if you like pork roasts you may not want to read them.

It was so much fun having everyone here for the New Year. We are looking forward to the Atwood Reunion this summer. Doug better not let us down with the "Big Show". That is all I have to say about that.

The New Year

So I have another temporary job working with the voting during the primary elections. I'm not sure exactly what I'll be doing, but it should be fun :-) No other job updates, but the searching continues to be ever-so-fun. That's about the status of things now, no other pressing updates . . .

PS: Thanks for the music Kati!!! It was fun choosing songs with you . . .

Semi-Back From The Dead

Well, the second coming must be coming soon, as this is two entries in a row by me! I have returned to work today, following my break last week in Utah and with my bronchitis. As you can tell, I am still only about 50%, but since Jim is on a cruise for 2 weeks, I must (as Kristen tells me) suck it up and support the business.
PS Sorry for the glare - genetics I guess.
