It's getting intense. I couldn't wait to unveil this--

We've decided to lose touch with reality, and we're gonna just do it. What the heck. We're themeing our lives from here on out. Lord of the Rings, baby. We are stepping out of reality as you know it. You're all invited to hobbiton for a feast next month. Remember your ale and weed from the south farthing.

For those of you who've seen the Old Spice commercial - This guy's hilarious!

Keep current...

So here's what's up---Kati's tomato plants are taller than me, but we've no tomatoes. We are pouring a patio next Saturday, and will thereafter eat breakfast every morning in the fresh summer air breezing gently across the lawn, massaging our bodies with the scent of dewdrops and honey. It will be cute. The twins are going up and down stairs, which seems like progrees until we remember that Ian and Jonas both walked before age one, and were about twice as large. Ian is obsessed with spirit prison and soccer, and Jonas is just running around in constant adorable disobedience. I am getting my master's degree in a sell-out manuever (educational leadership rather than history). We aren't too busy to hang out with all of you, like you may think, but we are a little apprehensive that our children will drive you out of our lives forever.

Alrightythen

This is one of the last pictures I took on our camera - so here is our update. We hiked up to Timpanogos Cave last week - Ian made it with just a little whining, and, well, Joe Buck carried Jonas the ENITRE way. Props to Joe Buck. Jonas is NOT a small kid and the hike is pretty steep. That is all.

Funny!

OK so I will start. As you all know I had a baby. I will post a picture all though I'm sure that you have seen it if you have looked at our post. Which is easy to do so that is why I don't post both places. Joe is working nights this month so my nights are pretty free. We still put the kids down at 7:00 but unfortunately I can't tell Asher that he has to go to bed too. He had a mind of his own of when he wants to sleep and when he wants to be awake. Luckily he is usually pretty good at nights. Mom is awesome for coming to help out for three weeks. We are the luckiest people to have such a unselfish mom who is willing to put her life to the side and help us whenever we are in need. Thank you again mom. I hope your drive home was fun and not too long and boring. Bryar and Bridger are doing great. Bryar is another little mother which is helpful. Bridger has thrown a few more fits lately but they are dying down as well and he doesn't want to throw his brother away which is nice.

Joe is working hard at a new class and should be getting some time off in August and September to get some things done around the house. Poor men their tasks are never done. They have to come home from work and there is always something to do like build a bed or mow a lawn. But we love them and are thankful for all their hard work. Well I love Joe anyway I don't know about the rest of you and your husbands. As for me I am just getting used to being a new mom again. I'm going to have to say it is not that hard or I just have a super easy baby. All he does is sleep. This is completely opposite of what Bryar was. So hopefully I am getting an easy going baby. Anyway this is long and probably boring but at least I wrote something for you all. Can't wait to see everyone.

Lame

Just so you all know, saddly this blog is kind of pathetic. Never anything newly updated or added. I check it every two or three months and to my suprise, though weston and kim tell me things that are going on, there is no evidence on here of anything ever happening. Which begs to ask the question of why we even have it!

After days of sorrow...

All of the jerseys I bought and the faithful "I won't watch the Cup because it's on a Sunday and cross my fingers for a reward" attitude did not avail me. The Dutch still lost, and I am only just getting over it. Maybe in Bowen or Beck's old age we'll get one. One stinking goalie's toe away from a world cup.
