What happened to the baby chicks?
Shadow, the black one, perished the first evening. Sonic, the yellow one, currently resides with our neighbors who just bought their own chickens.
That made me laugh..."perished"... I apologize if that is a sensitive subject. It just sounded funny.
Don't worry Tams, I chuckled at the word as well - not at the fate of the chick of course :(
No, it's okay. We can talk about it. Joe is the sensitive one, however. The funeral was beautiful. Just beautiful.
how would kati know if the funeral was beautiful? I was the only one in attendance as they sat drinking juice on the porch.
It's a good thing Jonas wears his glasses so he can see better. He looks like gramma, down on his nose
