Very interesting. Utah is second best. It looks like we just are the most impatient. The funny thing is that I have lived in three of the top six worst states. Go Texas, Alabama, and Florida.

yeah i was pleasantly surprised by these findings, since everyone from california goes on and on about how bad utah drivers are... kirk excluded...
