Of course, for you, you should live somewhere where the water is warm, the sand smooth, and the rent is low. For us, just move home to the intermountain west. Who knows why Kim is trying to sway everyone to Texas--awfully selfish of her if you ask me--she won't be there too much longer anyway.

I've heard good things about Texas, so we'll see. I like your idea about the warm water and smooth sand though :-)
